How do I complete a puzzle?

Rotate unlocked stone paths into exactly one closed loop containing every path tile. Anchors cannot rotate and blanks are unused. Pencil marks are there to help you think, not to add a time limit.

Can I leave a puzzle unfinished?

Yes. Daily and Endless restore your saved puzzle offline, including rotations and pencil marks. Older unfinished Daily gardens remain on Home. Active play time and rotations are recorded locally for you, not a leaderboard.

When does Daily change?

Daily is a 5 × 5 puzzle refreshed at midnight UTC, which may be a different time in your local time zone.

How do I choose a bigger garden?

Select Endless on Home, then choose a size from 4 × 4 to 8 × 8. The next garden keeps that size. If a different size would replace an unfinished Endless puzzle, the app asks first. Classic is no longer a new-game option; an existing unfinished Classic garden can still be resumed from Home.

Do achievements need Game Center?

No. Your garden milestones in Settings track nine achievements on this device, even offline. Daily completions need not be consecutive, and restarting the same completed garden does not count twice. Game Center connects automatically and syncs achievement progress when signed in. If sign-in fails or you are offline, you can still play. Sign in through your device’s Game Center settings, then use Retry connection in Loopoku. It does not restore boards or combine garden counts across devices.

How do I restore a tip?

Use Restore Purchases in the native app with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Tips never unlock features. For refunds or billing questions, use Apple’s purchase support.

Reporting a problem

Include your app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, mode and what happened. Screenshots can help. Remove personal information before posting publicly.

Prefer silence?

Turn and completion sounds follow Silent Mode. Sound effects and gentle haptics have separate toggles in Settings; haptics appear only on supported devices. There is no background music.

Why am I asked to rate Loopoku?

After you have spent time with the app and connected several gardens, Loopoku may invite you to rate it. You can decline or choose to be reminded later. Rating is optional and never unlocks gameplay.
